Went to Bolen’s Automotive with a transmission issue and right off the bat I knew I picked the right place. Had a hard shifting transmission they took the time to inspect the truck and make sure they found the problem. Great turn around had my truck back in a few days running like new. Called me with updates and gave me options on what they could do to fix my problem. Definitely a great place to get repairs done.

Did what they said they were going to do. Simple: simple in-out.

I brought them a problem that I thought required a wizard to fix. I had been to a couple other places with no success. I was very happy that they were able to diagnose an improper part and replace it. I did deduct one star for their pricing. I am not opposed to paying for a job well done. They did charged me a considerable fee for an inspection of about everything on the vehicle that I did not feel like I needed and certainly did not ask for.
